Greetings From Lake Wobegon

Our travels continued in May, when we visited Minnesota, my home state. Not only did Maisy get to spend lots of quality time with Grandma, but she also got to know Grandpa, met most of the Warne side of my family, and spent some time with a few of my girlfriends from college. Oh! And she was baptized!

Like our trip to the East Coast in April, it was a wonderful visit. I am grateful to everyone for all they did to make it so. Dave and I often say that the only thing we don't like about living in San Francisco is that our families are so far away. Sigh.

Maisy's baptism.
Fr. Kermit Holl (pictured here) baptized Maisy.
Br. Albert Becker was a proxy for Maisy's godparents and also the photographer!

Extra blessings.

Beautiful maple stacking toy that Grandpa made for Maisy.
