Now that we've finally taken down the decorations, I thought I'd add a second part to the post about Maisy's first birthday. [If it seems odd to you that we left birthday decorations up for several weeks following the birthday celebration, I will just point out that we still have Christmas lights up in our hallway, from
two Christmases ago, thank you very much. What can I say? We are festive.]
We were lucky that Grandma traveled to San Francisco to help us celebrate. We had a great visit.
