This July we took our first vacation as a family of four to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. We were happy to be reunited with our family the Scotts as well as our friends the Hoods and the Riddles. Once again Maisy wore herself out trying to keep up with Catie and Julianne. And we loved introducing Elizabeth to everyone.

This year the temperatures were warm - air and water - and we all loved swimming in the ocean. (Well, Lizzie kept to the pool.) Most of the group, including Maisy and Dave, also took a half-day to see the wild horses of the Outer Banks.
